janus&jasonはローマ神話のヤヌス神からインスピレーションを受けています。ヤヌス神は二つの顔を持ち、それぞれが逆の方向を見ています。一つの顔は過去を、もう片方では未来を見ていると言われ、時には始まりと終わりを象徴する神として表現されます。

この二つの顔を持つヤスをヒントに、janus&jasonでは「本来の自分」と向き合うことをテーマにコレクションを発表しています。私たちの内側に潜む二つ目の顔、攻撃的な部分やねじれた感情を、否定するより受け入れることで、多くのことに気づく機会になると考えるからです。

いろいろな意味で縛られがちな女性たちのマインドを解放するため、アンダーウェアとビキニと文章で構成されたコレクションを通して、世にはびこる「常識」へ疑問を投げかけます。

名古屋パルコで5月8日（日）まで開催される期間限定ショップSET。

このSETとほぼ同じラインナップで異なるプレゼンテーションをするショップ、

それがこのSET SHOP SHOWです。

今回は実験と体験をテーマにTHE BAUSTUDIOのマリン・バウマンとON ZA LINEの
倉橋愛がプレゼンテーターをつとめます。

名古屋発のファッションレーベルpenelope plusや、DUMB Magazine、TOO MUCH

MagazineなどSET SHOP SHOWだけのセレクトに加えて、ビデオグラファーTETSU

KOYANAGIによるSET SHOP SHOWのためのショートフィルムも公開。作り手・売り手・

買い手、三者の距離をぐっと縮める新しい試みとなるでしょう。
